How can I rent a bus?
Feel free to send us an inquiry via our website or by email. We’ll put together a personalized offer for you. You’ll only need to confirm this.
Can I rent a bus without a driver?
No, unfortunately that’s not possible. The best way to reach your destination is with our trained and experienced driving staff, anyway!
Can I find out who my bus driver is before the start of the trip?
Yes. On our website, you’ll find all the info about your driver under “Login” -> “Your driver” by 3 pm on the day before your departure.
Can I take my dog?
Yes, but s/he must wear a muzzle. Please bear in mind that other passengers may feel uncomfortable, for example if they have an allergy or are afraid of dogs. The final decision is always up to the driver.
Addendum: Please let us know if you’d like to take your dog so we can inform the driver beforehand.
We’ve rented the bus for a celebration (e.g. a wedding) – may we decorate it?
If the booking conditions allow it, with pleasure! We’ll always do our best to make your celebration a memorable occasion.
Can we buy drinks onboard?
Yes, where available. If you’d like drinks on your journey, please inform us in advance. We’re also happy to organize packed lunches.
Can there be surcharges after the trip if I have rented a bus?
Sometimes it can happen that parking fees or entry permits need to be paid. Additional costs may also be incurred due to overtime or extra mileage. However, we’ll always do our best to get you the best all-inclusive deal up front and offer full cost transparency.
How far in advance should I book my bus?
Depending on the season, it’s best to book two to three months before the start of your trip. However, minor changes can always be made at short notice. You can send us a request at any time.
Addendum: For specific bus sizes (20-seater, double-decker bus, Premium Class,…) we recommend booking three to four months before your trip.
Who can I turn to in the event of any problems?
Your bus driver is the best person to contact in case of any problems on the road. Our Dr. Richard hotline is also available round the clock – please use this only in an emergency.
Do children need a child seat on the touring coach?
According to road traffic regulations, a child seat is not mandatory. However, we advise parents to use one anyway – the safety of our youngest passengers is very important to us!
I am confined to a wheelchair. Can I still travel by coach?
If someone can help get you on and off, it’s no problem. Unfortunately, however, we don’t have any coaches with wheelchair lifts.
What is the cost of bus rental?
It depends on what service you choose, what the route will be and for how long you want to rent the bus. Just contact us directly and we’ll put together the best offer for you.
